The World Amateur Golfers Championship Poland is attended by business representatives, business owners, managers, former professional athletes and golfers, who have started their adventure with sport just recently. There are many celebrities participating in the tournament: Jerzy Dudek, Krzysztof Materna, Tomasz Iwan, Mariusz Czerkawski, Piotr Gąsowski, Robert Rozmus – just to name the few. For years, the tournament has been under the honorary patronage of Zbigniew Boniek. The qualification take place on the best Polish golf courses, with the national final traditionally played in Binowo Park (Szczecin) and in Modry Las (Choszczno). Winners get the tickets to represent Poland at the WAGC World Final in Mexico.
