WGC gives amateurs the experience the proud feeling of representing their country in a world championship final, individually as well as in a team.
The tournament begins as a national championship in countries around the world, where winners from five handicapflights comes together and represents their nation as a team and individually within their flights. If a flightwinner cannot participate, the runner-up takes his/her place.
National teams from around the world challenge each other for the World Team Champion title, as well as the title within their flight.
