The
10th Annual World Golfers Championship
This year we stayed at
the luxurious 5 star Royal Cliff Beach Resort in Pattaya and
played at the famous and exotic golf courses Burapha, Phoenix,
Khao Kheow, as well as Jack Nicklaus masterpiece Laem Chabang!
Thailand was truly a tropical atmosphere. There were fun and exciting activities, including trips to Thailand’s
most exotic locations arranged for those not participating
in the actual tournament.

Royal Cliff Beach Resort
Royal Cliff Beach Resort and enter a haven of elegant calm, far away from the rigours of the real world.
Set in 64 acres of parkland on a quiet headland overlooking the Gulf of Siam this beautiful award-winning resort offers a choice of four stylish and individual hotels coupled with first class facilities.
Their dedicated and friendly staff are on hand to make sure your stay is truly memorable, and to provide that special touch, Royal Cliff style.
Burapha Golf
Exquisitely located in rolling countryside near the new Chonburi - Pattaya Highway, a short distance from the booming Easthern Seaboard, Burapha Golf Club has been specially designed and created to evoke the elegance and traditions of the great clubs in America.
Among its many world-class facilities are two 18-Hole championship golf courses (Links Styled), full service country club and a comprehensive range of sporting facilities.
The two 18-Hole championship golf courses have been planned by the highly
respected architect Gary Panks and world - famous touring professional David Graham. Their own mission, now achieved with remarkable precision and dedication was to build a club that would be recognised for its exceptional standards in the most prestigious golfing circles here in Thailand and throughout the Pacific Rim.
The classic 36 holes at Burapha have been designed to take full advantage of the beauty of the land and its natural features - lakes, hills, mature mangoes, coco palms and tropical vegetation, all enhanced by skillful landscaping.

Blessed with a wooded, rolling terrain, this coastal course comprises three nines -"Ocean", "Lake" and "Mountain".
The fairways tend to be narrow, but the greens are spacious and landscaped with bamboo, eucalyptus and bushes.
Good clubhouse facilities, and its proximity to Pattaya make this course well worth visiting.
Khao Kheow
This 27-hole course is situated along Route 36 heading towards Pattaya, and takes about 80 minutes to reach from central Bangkok.
Like so many of the Eastern Seaboard's courses, it catches a strong breeze so players have to plan their shots carefully on account of the numerous large ponds, bunkers and hills that surround the greens and fairways.
